The Third Edition of the Guidelines for Unsolicited Proposals introduced a requirement that, if the Unsolicited Proposals Steering Committee (UPSC) decides to invite a Proponent to present its Proposal within the Phase 1 process, the Government will publish summary information of Unsolicited Proposals based on the details provided in the Proponent’s Public Declaration.
